Cinematic automatic zooms & framing
Loom records a flat, static capture of your entire display. Ocelo focuses viewer attention with critically damped zooms into your active clicks, rounded window chrome, and custom backdrops.
Ocelo vs Loom
High-production demos, with zero cloud upload or monthly seats.
Loom is built for quick, disposable cloud screen recordings shared via web links. Ocelo is designed for high-production product videos, launch demos, and README loops that look expensive — featuring automatic zoom, motion blur, customizable presenter stages, and local-first privacy.

Common Questions
Clear comparisons, no marketing fluff.
When should I choose Ocelo over Loom?
Choose Ocelo when the video is meant for external audiences (customers, Product Hunt, GitHub, X, investors) and needs to look professional, or when privacy policies prevent uploading screen recordings to cloud servers.
Does Ocelo provide a public sharing link like Loom?
No. Ocelo exports standalone video files (MP4, HEVC, GIF) that you own and can embed directly into your website, GitHub repository, documentation, or social feed.
